She holds certificates in Emergency & Critical Care (ECC), Anaesthesia, and is an accredited ISFM Cat Friendly Nurse, allowing her to support even the most sensitive patients with confidence and calm expertise. With a particular interest in nutrition and nurse consults, Laura enjoys working closely with clients to help their pets live healthier, happier lives through tailored advice and preventative care. Known within the team for her warm manner and subtle Disney-inspired positivity, Laura brings a sense of reassurance and kindness to every case she supports.
At home, she shares life with a lively miniature schnauzer pup, a wise old border collie, and one very sassy long-haired cat who keeps everyone in check.
