Joanne joined birch in 2015 and is a qualified veterinary assistant.
Joanne has three daughters, who love animals too. She has two dogs, Dutch Shepherd Kaali, Staff cross Paddy the Baddy, two rats, Spencer and Rasta and a fish. She also loves wildlife.
